How Free Shipping Works Orders totaling $30 or more (before tax) automatically qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. If your order is under $30, standard shipping will be $5.99.
International Orders We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange for a full refund of the item price.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
Original tags and packaging should still be attached when possible
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)How to Start a Return or Exchange

The reason (wrong size, changed your mind, damaged, etc.)
Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
Ship the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Do not send a return until we confirm it. Items sent without authorization may not be refunded.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us first. If the item is in stock, we’ll arrange a replacement after we receive the original. If the replacement costs more or less, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping if the whole order is affected.
Inspect packages when they arrive. If the box is crushed or opened, note it with the carrier before you accept the delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in those cases.
Items We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns on:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with odors, stains, or missing tags
Final-sale, clearance, or “as-is” items (marked at checkout)
Free promotional gifts or posters included with an order
Gift cardsLocal Pickup (Plainfield, NJ)
If you chose local pickup, the same 30-day window applies from the date you picked up the order. Contact us before bringing an item back so we can confirm eligibility.
